Goals and Objectives

After completing this activity, participants should be able to:

Discuss the pathophysiology of asthma with emphasis on peripheral airway disease and heterogeneity of the disease.

Discuss the current management of asthma in adults with focus on tailoring asthma care for each patient.

Identify limitations of our preferred medication steps in asthma management in adults.
