Q: Why can't I fax or mail my post-test answers to National Jewish Medical and Research Center?
A: The costs of manually administering CME certifcates are no longer paid for by the sponsors of our programs. We still provide CME and CE certifications to those who attend our live events on our campus and events we host around the USA. However, all other courses, on-line and enduring materials, are now available using on-line resources exclusively.

| |
Q: Why should I participate if I do not need CME credits?
A: Our goal is to provide the latest information that National Jewish Medical and Research Center's healthcare leaders offer on a variety of topics. We believe that this information would be useful to all whose practices involve Asthma, COPD, Atopic Dermatitis and other disease states that are studied and treated at our institution. So if you register, you can access all the FREE information and if you happen to need CME or CE credits, then you can earn those credits, manage your certificates day or night in one easy to use place.

Q: I can't print out my certificate, what should I do?
A: One of the goals for this website is to make obtaining, managing and earning CME and CE easy, fast and available to you day or night, 365 days a year.
If you passed your post-test for a given course, you will be invited to print your certificate upon grading of your test which takes a few moments after you completed it.
When you choose to print your test, whether it be immediately after successful completion of the post-test or at a later date, a printer control box usually pops up. In some cases, pop-up blockers in your browser may not allow the pop-up box to display and it would appear that you can not print your certificate. In that case, turn off the pop-up blocker in your browser and you will be able to proceed and print your certificate.
In some other cases we have seen, the printer pop-up window was allowed by the browser but it is hidden by the browser and/or other windows that were open. Minimize the browser and other windows that are open until the printer pop-up window is located and then proceed.
If you are experiencing a problem not addressed here then please contact our technical support person at proed@njc.org or call 303-398-1000 and ask for CME Logix technical support, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm MT.
